Kate Beckinsale has flaunted her figure in a risqué new Instagram post to wish her friend a happy birthday.
The English actress, 50, recently had a stint in hospital due to an undisclosed illness.
She finally left hospital last week, hinting at the source of the issue with a “tummy problems” t-shirt.
Over the weekend, she shared some touching posts remembering her late stepfather Roy Battersby, who sadly passed away at the start of 2024.
Kate has now stripped off to her underwear to get her 5.6 million followers’ attention to share a strong message.
In her latest post, the Underworld star stripped down to black lingerie and reclined on a chair in her bathroom.
The Hollywood actress wore nothing else except her signature oversized black bow in her hair and a pair of black shoes with huge clear plastic heels.
“Now that I have your attention,” she wrote in the caption.
“Could you please all go wish @stu_clarke_ a happy 40th birthday.”
Kate continued by potentially slamming the speculation around her health, writing: “You have no idea what people are going through. Kindness helps.
“Daily mail I would so appreciate it if you did not reprint this post as the point of it is not scurrilous or to go anywhere else.
“Thank you so much for your kind understanding. Happy birthday Stu. I promise it’s going to get better. X”
After coming across her post, hundreds of fans took to the comments to praise Kate’s stunning snap and defend her from the online rumour mill.
