Loose Women’s Linda Robson quits London home after struggle with being ‘unhappy for years’ | Celebrity News | Showbiz & TV

Linda Robson from ITV’s Loose Women is selling her London house after admitting she’s been “unhappy for years”. The TV star, who rose to fame as an actress on Birds of a Feather, is moving on after her marriage of 33 years ended.

She lived in the house with her ex-husband Mark Dunford. They got married in 1990 and have two kids together, Louis who is 31, and Roberta, who is 27.

Linda also has an older daughter, Lauren, 40, from a previous relationship.

Now that she’s single, Linda wants to live in a smaller place after struggling in her London home.

Linda told Woman magazine: “I’m going to live in a two-bedroom house for my grandchildren. Me and the dog and the two grandkids. I want to be right near Lauren (her eldest daughter) and between me and my sister.”

When quizzed on if she’d miss her old home full of memories, she admitted: “Yes I’ll miss it. But the last few years I haven’t (been) that happy.”

In September last year, Linda confirmed that her marriage to Mark had ended.

This news came after months of speculation from fans over her relationship status.

Linda had also revealed on Loose Women two months prior that she and Mark hadn’t been intimate for two years. She admitted she was the outgoing one in the pair, whereas Mark “never enjoyed that side of things”.

On Loose Women, Linda opened up about her personal life telling viewers: “If something’s not right in a relationship then I find it very hard to disguise it. And things haven’t been right in my relationship for quite a long time so erm, I’ve been very honest about it.”

However, she made clear that she is “not looking for anyone” and totally couldn’t be bothered with dating in her 60s.

Before Mark, Linda had spent 11 years with Tony Tyler, who is her eldest daughter Lauren’s dad.

She said: “I’ve had two loves of my life and now my grandchildren are the love of my life and my children. So no I’m not looking for anyone.”

Speaking about Mark, she acknowledged: “He’s a really good dad and we had some good years, but enough is enough. I’ve got my family and my kids around me.”

Sharing her future plans, she revealed: “I’m going on a cruise with (Birds of a Feather co star) Lesley Joseph in November.

“I’m keeping busy. I feel fine. I’m just going away on trips all the time.”
